The Celestial calendars on Calendarzone may be of help: http://www.calendarzone.com/ and http://www.calendarzone.com/Celestial/.

In particular Moon Phases 1923-2105 http://www.is-bremen.de/~mhi/moontabl.htm, which is derived from http://www.lunaroutreach.org/phases/phases.cgi

Also the US Naval Observatory http://aa.usno.navy.mil/AA/data/docs/RS_OneDay.html which gave the moonphase on 1 Jan 1996 as Waxing Gibbous 84% lit.

If you want a simple calendar that gives an approximate moonphase (within a day or so) you may try my Yerm Calendar http://www.is-bremen.de/~mhi/palmen02.htm. More information about this and my other calendars including my One Day Before lunar calendar is available from http://www.is-bremen.de/~mhi/palmen.htm.

Another good page of Lunar Calendar Links is in the Hermetic Systems Calendar Studies pages at http://www.hermetic.ch/cal_stud/lunarcal/otherlun.htm.

I hope this is of help.
