• Be sure to save the file to somewhere on your computer (such as the Desktop) where you can find it again.
• The file you download will be the installation program (bce30_setup.exe).
• Double-click on the installation program's icon to install the program itself.

After installation you can run the program by means of your 'Start' menu. (An uninstall facility is provided in case you wish to remove the program.)
